I dare anyone to show me a bar that has healthier ingredients than this one. As the name says these bars are raw (uncooked) and unprocessed. They literally just mix a bunch of natural ingredients together with honey to form these bars. I'm not aware that a more healthy bar could even be made. Also they taste awesome. I do a lot of cold-weather outdoor activities (winter backpacking, mountaineering, mountain hunting) and because these bars don't have a bunch of processed junk they don't get super hard when it gets cold out. Just as easy to eat when it's 70° or -20°.

I like to keep my carb intake down below 30-40/day (actually 'like' is a pretty strong word). These bars are about 10g carbs per bar. That would be considered low carb unless you do what I dream of doing. I could see myself breaking about 10 of these up in a bowl and mindless eating them during a good movie. So there you have it. Eat them at your own peril. :)

The first time I had one I was visiting my daughter and she offered me one as she was leaving for work with a few in her hands. I had it with my coffee and it was so crunchy and delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. I read the label"”all organic, natural and RAW! You can see all the ingredients in the bar and as you chew you can taste the freshness in each bite. So satisfying! I felt nourished. Ordered some for myself when I got home and replaced her stockpile so she would not run out. She says that most days three bars get her through a busy day.
