My wife uses them to prevent rubbing between two of her toes. She says they work very well, and are thin enough to use with normal shoes, but do not work with sandals, of course. Best when used under a thin sock or "no show" nylons. Be sure to remember to remove them from sock as they can "disappear".

These are soft, comfortable toe separators to use when you have overlapping toes, a corn, or anything else that makes it painful to have the toes pressing against each other. I've bought this brand many times over the years and highly recommend them. Note that they come in large and small sizes. You'd probably need the large size to go between a big toe and the one next to it. I use this smaller size between my two littlest toes. As an added bonus, you can wash them with soap and warm water, so they last a long time. Eventually they get misshapen enough that you realize you need a new one, but luckily they come in packs of 15.

Needed something between my 4th and 5th toes and store bought ones were too thick. Found these and they're perfect! Some reviews say they fall apart so I've been using the same one since I got them 2 mos ago and it's almost like new. Most of the time they stay in place but if it moves it only takes a few seconds to put back in place. They're thin enough to provide the right amount of cushioning. And they're made in the US, in Niagara Falls, NY. I totally recommend these.
