Great for patients with helmets

We (WMI Rescue) use these for in-water spinal immobilization. The are sturdy. They are neutrally to slightly positively buoyant (they float a little. They can be easily applied and adjusted with thin scuba diving gloves. We did have to re-glue the Velcro for the forehead stap on one after multiple exposures to water.

This is a great item to use for trauma or injured patient. On this particular item a little hard to handle but very useful. Thank you

The build quality is solid aside from some "iffy" elements with head restraints. As I said in the title though, I hope we never-ever-never need to use this device.
