Very well built, extra long and appears to be extremely durable. However this item will require a substantial amount of upper body strength to operate, especially if you will be lifting over your head. It is very long when connected to the split shaft Tanaka trimmers, much longer than the Ryobi that I was using with the hedge trimmer attachment. I like this item, but again it is somewhat heavy, It is also very expensive but I suppose you get what you pay for.

I've purchased this as a replacement attachment of an older Tanaka hedge trimmer - I used that attachment on the end of my Tanaka/Hitachi brush cutter.
This one suits the SF type power heads (Multi tool)
It 's the best hedge trimmer attachment I've ever had -considering the abuse I've put the old one through.
The new should last just as long, fingers crossed :-)
