I gave this a try because of the good reviews on here and Bodybuilder.com. I admit I could feel a slight increase in strength for the first week taking it, no increase in pump, focus, or energy at all. After the first week it seemed to drop off completely. I really wanted to give this stuff a good chance so I stayed on it to complete the can and experienced no benefits, so i am convinced the first week was just placebo. I feel i have wasted my time taking a full cycle of a product that doesn't work as well as wasting the money I spent on it. I am giving it 2 stars in case the 1st week wasn't placebo for me and due to the fact that this apparently works for some people.
