The product is the marshmallow fluff that I remember and love. The problem was the shipping. The fluff expanded in the container, forcing the jars open and pushing the fluff out so that there was quite a bit in the box and on the outside of the plastic containers. I might suggest that people ordering this product order the screw top containers instead of the straight-sided tubs.

Come on who doesn't love Fluff?! I grew up in New England its like a household staple. I have friends that have moved to other states and I am shocked at the fact that they can not buy Fluff at their supermarkets! I just ordered 6 of these to send to a friend in Hawaii Hahaha
Altitude is not your friend with Fluff!

I can't find Fluff out here in Colorado and it's my go-to marshmallow creme for making fudge. Since I live at altitude (6,000 ft), items tend to expand during transit. This was the case with the fluff as well, but having read other reviews, I was well prepared. When I opened the box, only 1 canister had leaked, but it didn't go everywhere so I was able to easily salvage the other containers. It's a great product and I wish I could get it more easily in Colorado!

I had a slightly different experience. The delivery was on schedule, the price was great but when I received the product two of the containers had opened. The box dI'd not look crushed so I assume maybe they were shipped by air and the pressure unsealed the saftey seal then the plastic lid. Now looking at the review listing I should've taken a photo. Other then the cleaning up of the other 4 containers everything was good.

Love the product ... But had problem with packaging. 2 out of 6 containers were open and content where throughout package. You can only imagine 2 containers of fluff oozed all over box and other containers. The two containers that spilled where packaged upside down and completely emptied, it was like prying containers out of cement. I also am 2 containers short that I paid for.
