excellent quality FIRM fiber, not hair, type brush for DRY SKIN BRUSHING. if you are new to dry skin brushing, might take a month or so of a softer one before trying this.

This is my first time dry brushing. It feels weird & scratchy at first but then you just feel warm & tingly all over. Getting right into the shower after feels very awakening. Not to mention how soft my skin is after.
UPDATE 8/8/2016: I want to add to this review that dry brushing really helps firm up problem areas. I really see a nice firming affect on my upper arms (the "waggle") and buttocks. Use daily.
