Firstly, it just smells divine. Fresh and wonderful. Using it for many things, love ke lotion and chopstick for sensitive skin. Mire importantly, using it to treat a macrophage yeast infection... In conjunction with genetan violet. A two years of Prescription medications failed to resolve the macrophaged infection... Two weeks of this natural remedy and the doctor wanted to know what we used because it's almost fully healed. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Who doesn't love coconut oil? The health benefits alone are outstanding! I cook with this, bake with it, use it as a mouthwash, eye makeup remover, skin conditioner. It also assists those dieting and athletes in fat burning. Great for your hair and nails. The list goes on.... I always enjoy the rich, slightly sweet fragrance of this coconut oil. Tastes absolutely delicious by the way! Give it a try in your favorite green smoothies. You can also make your own magic shell by mixing some with organic honey and adding it to your ice cream. Now we're talking. ;)The only thing I would like changed is a container that's more convent to access. This one tends to get a bit messy at times.

We use this product every day!

We have stopped using other oils almost all together and use this oil to cook eggs, meats, veggies, etc. I use it in baking sometimes as a substitute for shortening. It's also very useful out of the kitchen. Usually when I get a new huge container like this, I grab a few small jars and fill them up. I have one in each bathroom and one in the baby's room. I use it as a moisturizer, on my face, and for baby's diaper rashes (works so well!).

The product arrives perfectly in tact every time and you can't beat the price for the size and quality. I always look for cold-pressed coconut oil that is organic and virgin.

Quality has gone way down! Shop elsewhere!

I go through coconut oil very quickly. For a long time I loved this product but the last two times I ordered it stunk like burnt popcorn. This last time I ordered, I figured I'd just deal with it like the time before but when I was scooping it out of the jar I found a huge air pocket. I ordered 78 ounces and got maybe 50. I'm so disappointed.

USED to love, but... recent change to the product?

I used to LOVE this product and have used regularly for the last 2+ years. However, the most recent batch I received had a slightly different label on the front (brown instead of green) and I immediately noticed a huge difference in taste. I used to enjoy the taste of this product completely by itself, but the most recent package I received had a strong unpleasant "waxy" aftertaste that I just cannot get past. I did check the expiration date and it was well within its limits, so that was not the problem. Nutiva, whatever you did to change the formulation, please stop and bring the old product back! I truly loved your organic virgin coconut oil previously, but will not pay this much money in the future for a product that tastes this poor.
