Really easy to use. Fast and efficient raviolini maker.
Worked exactly as it should

It worked exactly as it should. I've used it a few times since I received it using the 6 position on the Atlas each time. I found that if I make the dough too wet, though, the edges don't get curly and the pasta is just flat.

A great product -- fits Atlas 150 with no problem. Makes pappardelle 1/2 inch wide perfectly. I used to do this by hand, but the Reginette attachment makes it much easer. I like to use the 5 position of the Atlas, but a friend, who recommended the Reginette, prefers the 6 position, which also makes delicious pasta. You will not be disappointed with the Reginette Maker Attachment.

I'm not sure how to rate this item. The attachment doesn't have the name on it. Many sizes look alike. I would be lost if all the cutters had no name on them. Just want to know if anyone else received it without the name "Trenette" on it?
