I love this mug!
The Skeptic✓ Verified Purchase•February 7, 2018
I love this mug! I like the design and the fact that I can wrap all of my fingers around the handle. The strainer has a fine mesh, so it's good for any type of tea. The lid can be used as a place to sit the strainer or as a lid. I'm considering giving one of these mugs as a Christmas present. I highly recommend this product.
Perfect for loose leaf tea fans!

I got this to use for afternoon tea and it works very well! I did notice a little bit of tea leaves went through the mesh but I think that was just the type of tea versus the filter - it's a very fine filter so it shouldn't do this with most tea. I also tried it with coffee and it worked pretty well! I highly recommend this for fellow tea (and coffee) drinkers!
Great tea mug...

Wonderful mug, very glad I purchased it. Now looking toward buying the teapot. The color is very cheerful and perfect for my sencha morning tea. I think this product works wonderfully and is great on desk or bedside table. Holds the tea at a nice temperature for drinking. In response to reviewers who comment that it It does take a bit of effort to get loose tea dregs out of the filter... Just turn the leaves out into a strainer over the sink, then rinse under tap water. You may have to use your fingers a bit to grasp a few errant leaves. I recommend and love me. Cheers!
I love this cup and simply believe it isn't meant to ...

Some people complained about his cup due to the top not being secure. I love this cup and simply believe it isn't meant to be carried around. I make my tea and steep it with that cover on and then take it off and the strainer out, and just carry the cup where I want to go. I don't really believe we can buy something that works for everything, but that doesn't mean this is bad. It is a wonderful tea making cup and strainer and I'd buy it again and recommend it.
Awesome for loose tea!!!

Wow! I recently started using loose tea and this cup is awesome! The little filter has the tiniest holes so no tea gets through. The cup holds up nicely in the microwave if you have to heat up your water too. The mug holds a lot and is comfy to hold. I'm super happy with it and think you would be too!
