My son wore this for halloween and I have never seen a kid get so many compliments on a costume. He looked so adorable and OFFICIAL! It's a pretty realistic uniform (for a kid's costume), my husband is a police officer and he was impressed with the details. Sure, the belt and gun holder are kind of cheap but the whole outfit together really looks cool. His little brother dressed up as a criminal and they were the cutest little pair! My son is in 3T clothes and will be 3 in December. The 4T size fit him pretty well. The pants were a little long but it fit him well overall. Oh yeah, and the hat was his favorite- it was pretty well made and he looked super cute in it. The costume even came in what looks like a little dry cleaners bag with a hanger. Totally would buy this brand again.

My 4 year old wanted to go as a policeman like his grandpa for Halloween. He loves this costume and regularly wears the hat and whistle around. (The picture here shows it with a radio- Mine didn't come with that but maybe this is a newer version that the one I ordered several months ago.)
The material is thin which isn't necessarily a bad thing when the weather is warm or the child is indoors where they tend to get too warm in their costumes.

Only possible complaints are that when I washed this in the gentle cycle and air dried it and it had some strings that needed to be cut afterwards; It only comes with the belt and holster for accessories and there are no belt loops for the belt to actually hold up the pants, so your child might experience a little "plumber's crack."
Appx. $30.00 isn't a terrrible price for this costume these days.

I bought this cop outfit for my 4 1/2 year old son for Halloween. He is a around 4" and 45-50 pounds. This fits him perfectly in the small size. The hat is really well made, the shirt looks pretty realistic and fastens with Velcro, so it is good to be able to wear a shirt underneath. The shirt is a little thin (made from polyester), so if it's a cold Halloween I would definitely recommend putting a long sleev shirt on underneath. The pants are pretty plain, just an elastic waist, but they complete the outfit really well! The belt that came with it is very big, but has holes all along the belt and will fit any size really. It comes with a cute little whistle that can be worn around the neck. It also comes with a holster. The holster is very cheaply made but does the job. I give it a definite 5/5 stars, especially with all you get for the price! (FYI-the pants shown in the picture are not the pants provided).

The quality was better than expected. It includes pants, a shirt, belt, hat, and a whistle. The pants have an elastic waist, which fit my 2 1/2 year old fine. For reference, he weighs 27 pounds and we ordered it in 2T. The shirt looks like it has buttons, but it's actually Velcro so it's easy to put on and take off. The overall fit was a little loose and long on my son, but still wearable. The belt was very long and had to be cut shorter. The hat was also a little too big. Considering the reasonable price though we weren't expecting a perfect fit. Our son loved it and he looked very cute.

It really looks real. I was sad to discover that the plastic internal part of the upper peak of the hat was broken. My humble suggestion to the retailers, add more plastic bubble in the box. I paid the 2-day shipping service, since I needed this for an audition to a new school for my son. They said it woukd arrive on Easter Sunday at 8:00 PM. It arrived earlier at 12:32 PM that day. So thank you very much to the great service of the U.S.Postal Service. My son is 10 years old and 5 months, usually I have to buy to him size 10-12, pretty much since he was 9 years old. For this costume I ordered 12-14. Perfect size! And the pants and the jacket are big enough to enjoy 1 or 2 more years with this costume. The color I got was navy blue, the fabric very light, which I think is convenient for summer time, and with long under pants and long shirt perfect for winter time. If I would have received the hat in good condition I would have given this costume a 5. Neither the baton, no pistol, but a whistle come with it. The belt is very practical, with neat holes all over it, for different children's sizes. It also includes the bag for the pistol that can be inserted in the belt.
