Who doesn't love Okazuya? Ya can't live without tempura! I love it on squash, zuchini, shrimp, spicy chicken, sweet potatoes and yams! But the best is the onion rings! :))

We used to be able to buy this brand at our local grocery stores but it has been replaced with a cheaper and inferior brand. I was so glad to see it at Amazon. We use this all the time when making fish and chips. Just use ICE COLD beer (or water) as the liquid. Dip your cod, deep fry until golden and enjoy! Remember, cold liquid.
To those who found the cooking oil was absorbed in the coating.....your water (or beer) was not ice cold!
