Not Waterproof!

Purchased this same suit a couple years ago and was overall very impressed; it has many qualities, but as I found out this weekend, water tight integrity is not one of them. My seat area nd crotch were soaked; thankfully I have a heated seat. 850 mile with a wet bottom is not fun; I will be looking for another suit.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for Winter Riders, Cold-Weather Outdoor Employees, etc. GREAT PIECE OF GEAR

I commute daily (30 miles) to/from D.C./NOVA and ride my HD bagger on most every day I can. I'm 5'10", 46" chest, 36x32 & 205#s so I ordered a LARGE. It provides enough room to wear dress slacks, shirt & tie underneath with no issue. I travel at NOVA HOV speeds (65-80) and lately I've been down to the low 30's and very comfortable. I haven't had the opportunity to try the waterproofing yet but in any case, I'll be able to pile on my rain gear or a heavier leather jacket on top or even my heated gear if it gets too wet or cold. The leg zippers go both ways and pretty high, which provides an outlet if I ever need to use my heated gear but the center zipper only zips one way (presumably to maintain the waterproofing?), otherwise I'd give it a 5-star review.
If you seriously ride throughout the winter, I definitely recommend it.
