I had this suit for a year and it does exactly what it says it will do. I've used this from 60 degrees down to 30 and yes, you can wear this at 30 degrees and still be warm just as long as you layer underneath it. It does a real good job in light rain as well. Zippers and velcro are holding up extremely well and I used this every day for about 3 months straight. If you live in Jersey and want to ride thru the fall and winter then you should have one of these in your arsenal.
