Nice part of Bourbon-food pairing

Bought this for a bourbon-food pairing. Had a plate with a small spoon of this Sorghum Syrup, a hazlenut, orange piece, craison, high concentrate dark chocolate and piece of parm. reggiano cheese. Everything separate of course. Eat one of the items on plate and sample bourbon. Flavor Explosion! Repeat until plate is empty or bourbon gone. Enjoy!
fresh and tasty

I'm not anything near a sorghum expert. Needed some for a special recipe and didn't want to hunt anything down in local (west coast) stores. This came well-packaged and fresh tasting, definitely encouraging given my risk in buying it online. Flavor is nice and I'll be using it for more than just that recipe as I like the sweetness that's not as sweet as sugar or regular syrup.

A very strange but inviting flavor. So much better than Molasses. Non of the heavy after taste. Use in place of Molasses and you will be happy. Make Cookies replacing Molasses.
