Great for my half bath

I was a bit wary of the price, which seemed high for such a minimalist vanity, but now that I've received and assembled it, I'm really impressed with the quality of this piece. It has leveling screws both on the feet and at the top where the sink basin rests, so it can easily be adjusted to sit perfectly level on a slightly uneven tile floor. The bottom drawer has just the right internal height to hold rolls of toilet paper. The slides for the upper drawer operate smoothly while also feeling very solid. Assembly was simple.

This vanity is the perfect size for our tiny powder room. It is sturdy and has lots of good storage...so why the poor rating? The top storage drawer we received was defective (the plastic wicker basket was not woven correctly. Instead of ended in hidden spot in the back of the drawer it ended in the FRONT of the drawer leaving two ends of the plastic sticking out). I called Kohler and the very polite customer service rep sent a replacement drawer right away....which had the EXACT same defect. Called Kohler again and explained to the very polite customer service rep that we needed a replacement drawer that was not defective (I even emailed photos of the problem to him). He assured me that he would inspect the drawer before sending another replacement. Two days later got a replacement drawer WITH THE SAME DEFECT! Called Kohler again and the very polite customer service rep assured me that she personally would inspect the next drawer before sending it. Got it two days later and the drawer was fine (no weird end pieces of wicker sticking out in the front of the drawer). Went to put the new replacement drawer into place and realized it did not have the hardware rails necessary to mount it to the vanity. So I have no way of replacing the defective drawer with the good one...I am dreading going through this whole process yet again. Really frustrating considering the price of this item....

Kohler is always the highest quality. From packaging to to instructions to the product itself. A bit more expensive but worth it for he Do-It-Yourselfer. This project was easier than expected. The top drawer needed some minor adjustment to get it to travel smoothly - No big deal
