Been using campsuds for almost 50 years. Have carried it with me on all my journeys. Whether state side or oversees, from mountain tops to deserts never an issue. Biodegradable, cleans well doesn't leave a residue or soapy taste of any kind behind. I look across my gear and it's one of the very few things I have and continue to carry with me since the first time I strapped on a backpack almost 50 years ago. Can't say that about many products these days, so it's worth this long winded (but true) review. Guess you could say I highly recommend it.

I like it! Mostly use it to wash clothing that requires hand washing and since there's nowhere to hand wash or soak clothing in an apartment, I'd gotten a foldable easily portable cloth sink for camping and these Campsuds were recommended, so I decided to try them. Soaks clothing without damaging it, cleans clothing well enough, and rinses out well without using too much water.

Bought this for my husband and son who like to bathe in the lake when we go camping. This stuff is VERY concentrated. You just need a few drops to make a lot of suds, and knowing it's biodegradable and isn't going to hurt the fish is great! This 8 oz container will last for years!
Note: It will turn from green to clear if left out in the sun. It doesn't affect the "sudsing" power though!

Love this soap for camping. Super concentrated so a teeny bit goes a long way. Multiple uses; we no longer have to have individual dish, hand, and laundry soaps. Lathers quickly and rinses easily. Light scent that smells clean - not over-powering at all. I am sensitive to strong smells and this does not bother me at all. It can also be used for face and hair, but we have yet to try that. Highly recommend!

Great product overall! You dont need much of this soap to clean a full mess kit and it definately bubbles up with small amounts of water. However if your hiking over distance you may want to consider putting the soap in a different more sturdy container i hiked 60 miles and the container ruptured causing my pack to get an inadvertant cleaning on the trail. Needless to say my maxpedition pack still smells of the stuff.. though i dont whole heartedly attribute the ruptured container to faulty materals could of just been me taking breaks on the trail or setting my pack down a little too roughly on rocks.. that said.. great product bad container if used while traveling distance. 4 out of 5 stars
