Item was shipped with parts from different stools that do not go together. There is a seat back that has no place to attach. The stool is a different model. What I now have is entirely useless to me and am not able to return. Do not buy from this seller. Very disappointed.

I ordered 2 of these, one in March 2016 and the second in April 2016. Initially, overall, they looked OK. I could nitpick the lack of padding on the seat, but it was better than the wooden stools they were replacing. These are used everyday by average sized people. They lasted for about 6 months until one of the welds attaching the foot rest ring to the legs broke. I thought it was a fluke, sent it out and had it re-welded. A few weeks later a weld broke on the second chair and then the remaining welds started breaking.
These were used in a business setting for 8 hours a day. In my opinion they need better durability in the construction. Improving the construction quality would definitely increase my rating to 4, maybe even 5, stars. But, I would expect a stool such as this to last more than a year.
