Needed a home gym that takes up little space. Took about an hour to put together by myself. It works great and I can feel the difference after 2 weeks. Not having to change the cables is a plus. The only cons so far are: there is only 2 sets of handles so you need to move one set when using the 3rd point of pulleys. They should add a lat bar. Other then that I love it and can't wait to see the results after a few months of use.
