- •Place the Base on a flat, level, stable surface.
- •Fill the Small Cup or the Large Cup with the food that you wish to chop/blend.
- •Screw the Flat Blade assembly or Cross Blade assembly clockwise onto the Small or Large Cup until secure.
- •Turn the Chopper Cup Assembly upside down so that the Blade assembly is on the bottom. Attach the assembled Chopper by aligning the three tabs on the outside of the Small or Large Cup with the three notches on the top inner edge of the Base.
- •Plug the product into a standard 120-volt AC electrical outlet.
- •Each Cup Assembly has three small tabs which fit into three grooves on the top lip of the Base. Press down on the Cup Assembly firmly and turn it counter-clockwise to lock into place. Press and hold the Power Pulse switch to operate. To prevent product overheating, limit continuous operation to five seconds at a time. The Cup Assembly MUST be locked in order to operate.
- •To stop processing, simply let go of the Power switch. Wait until the Blades stop completely before removing the Cup Assembly by turning it clock-wise to unlock it from the Base.
- •Unplug the product from the electrical outlet when it is not in use or is left unattended.
- •Ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet.
- •Place the Base on a flat, level, stable surface.
- •Add the ingredients that you wish to include in your drink into one of the Drinking Cups. If attached, remove the spill-proof lids before installing blade assembly
- •Screw the Cross Blade assembly onto the Drinking cup.
- •Turn the Drinking cup so that the Blade assembly is on the bottom. Attach the assembled Drinking cup by aligning the 3 tabs on the sides of the Drinking cup with the 3 notches on the top inner edge of the Base.
- •Plug the product into a standard 120-volt AC electrical outlet.
- •Each Cup Assembly has 3 small tabs that fit into 3 grooves on the top lip of the Base. Press down on the Cup Assembly firmly and turn it counterclockwise to lock into place. Press and hold the Power switch to operate. To prevent product overheating, limit continuous operation to five seconds at a time. The Cup Assembly must be locked in order to operate.

Not working after a few uses

I was so excited when I got this product, a few weeks after using it, it stops working, the light of the start button doesn't turn on. I just checked my receipt and is been a little over a month since I placed my order, and now I don't have the warranty thru Amazon, this what I get for been procrastinating everything.

So it works, and it works well. BUT the tabs break off the cups easily. I had a guest in my home that managed to break the tabs off of all the cups just because they weren't super careful when placing the cup on the base. I tried to find replacement cups, but had no luck. Contacted the manufacturer and received no reply about buying replacements. The poor design and customer service is enough for me to buy from another company. I don't like tossing electronics out after a few months.

"just" ok so far
Used it once. Box was plain, it didn't cut up the almonds all the way. Lid flap touches my nose while drinking, I was afraid to force it open more not knowing it if would break. Works fine so far but I bought this because the description says dishwasher safe and while reading the booklet it said do not put in dishwasher (this was of course, after I already washed everything in prep to use it this morning.) Only time will tell how it holds up.

First time used I was extremely disappointed. Used a few hours ago and wasn't what I expected. Used to mix and chop up small amount of fruits for a smoothie and blade kept getting stuck. Printing return label and shipping out tmrw. I actually sat down to read the manual also.
