Did not preform well on existing driveway oil stains. The stains are not as predominant, but still visible. In my opinion, based on price, the product performance was less than expected.

Tried many different products to remove unsightly efflorescence. None worked. Used the Drylok ETCH as directed and have been thrilled with results. Whiteish substance is visible on the brick, but not nearly as bad!
