Parts missing!!

Package came delivered Semi opened parts were missing had to run find new screws before I could even put it together.. The paint job leaves something to be desired it looks like it was painted stripped and repainted but for what I'm I'm using it for it's going to serve it's purpose but kind of disappointed in the overall appeal .

I am a drywall contractor. This cart works great for moving extra drywall from one end of the job to the other. Moves over extension cords and other small debris on the floor with no problem. Highly recommended.

This seems like a really solid cart. The wheels all have ball bearings, so they run smooth. The paint coating looks strong. My only complaint is the packing was not strong enough to get this shipped out to me in one piece. The box exploded at the straps and when I opened it up I found that all the hardware was missing. Instead of returning it, I just went to the hardware store and purchased about 18 dollars worth of zinc nuts, bolts and washers. This was not a huge deal breaker for me, as I needed it quick and did not want to spend money and time shipping it back for something so minor. I honestly think it was the shipping company who ruined the packaging, but I think the manufacturer could add some additional blocks of cardboard and maybe tape down all the hardware bags. Great cart otherwise.

The cart itself works exactly as expected. I marked it down one star because this heavy duty piece of equipment is packed in a box better suited for shipping pillows than metal. There were a number of rips in the flimsy box which quite honestly can't be just blamed on carrier mishandling. Unfortunately as a result a number of nuts and bolts (not secured appropriately in the box) must have fallen out through the hole(s) necessitating an annoying trip to the hardware store for replacements. So if you want a good solid drywall cart at a very good price be prepared for an additional step to assemble.
