I use this to clean the small whiteboards I have in my classroom for student use. It is potent, so I only use it to clean boards after school when the kids are not around to inhale the fumes. Sometimes, dry erase markers, especially if you buy them in bulk, can stain and the new non-toxic cleaners just do not remove the stain at all. (Just an FYI: When I noticed the new non-toxic whiteboard cleaners no longer worked, this is what led me to finding alternative cleaners and to this. I have whiteboards that are actually cut pieces from a large "showerboard" piece I bought at the hardware store and had them cut it into desktop-size squares for my students. So the non-toxic may work on true whiteboards. My whiteboards were more cost effective as I couldn't afford to buy all my students' their own whiteboards. Unfortunately, these are more porous, absorbing the dry erase ink probably more so than true whiteboard material.)T
This product definitely works, and a little goes a long way which is helpful. Oh, and unsurprisingly, this is very drying to the skin, so I recommend wearing some kind of latex or latex free rubber-type glove while using or just avoid getting on your hands.

I have used this on walls to clean before mounting foam tape, for removal of sticky adhesive and/or tar from surfaces, and other projects and this works great. You won't be disappointed.
