This works great. Looking at the packaging
ChottobakaOctober 16, 2017
This works great. Looking at the packaging, I am not convinced it is made for humans as opposed to dogs and cats. Who cares? It works and you cannot purchase an alum product in California. Bow wow!

Liquid Styptic Roll-on
Amazon CustomerJune 7, 2016
Prompt delivery and packaged with other items shipped at the same time. I have usrd this product in thr past and that is the reason I purchased. Effective styptic for minor cuts. Since it is in roll-on form it is not intended to be shared with another person. Also be careful to clean the roller after using to decrease the possibility of contaminating the rest of the bottle of liquid. I have used this before and would purchase again, each person will need their own bottle. Now that I have found it, I do prefer to use liquid styptic that can be usedone drop at a time and without touching the tip of the bottle to the wound.
A great way to handle shaving nicks
KCFebruary 3, 2016
This works great to stop bleeding from shaving nicks. I use a double edge razor for both regular shaving and my head, so having this around is very handy. It is a roll on, like a deodorant applicator. Just go over the nick once and the bleeding will stop almost instantly. It works by acting as a vasoconstrictor, so it will restrict blood flow to the area when applied. It dries clear and without residue in most cases, as long as you don't overdo it when applying. The one thing that prevents me from giving it 5 stars is that it has a strong odor, less so when it is completely dried, but still noticeable.
Doesn't work and stings for hours.

My old styptic pencil has lasted about 25 years. It seals up my nicks and while it stings a bit at first, goes away very quickly. However, it's running out and styptic pencils are hard to find these days.

I tried My Nik is Sealed and it's horrible. It doesn't seal nearly as well as the styptic pencil. I had to roll it over the nicks several time and even then I had to dab with tissue, which makes me think it didn't do anything at all. It left an oily film on my neck for hours and it STUNG so bad for about 2 hours afterward.

I don't recommend.
