I ordered these to laminate my kids' flashcards, which are an oddly small size when compared to other school flashcards. (I was laminating flashcards for Memoria Press' Famous Men of Rome/Middle Ages and First Form Latin.) These are the PERFECT size for those cards, leaving just a small lip of plastic on each side with no need to trim. In order to make a perfect seal, I had to run them through my laminating machine (Scotch Advanced Thermal Laminator- 13 inch), first along the long seam, as directed, then along the short side (I hope that makes sense).

Purchased these to laminate 3" x 5" flash cards and they are perfect!!!! Used them with my Lakeshore laminating machine with no problems! The cards came out crystal clear and nice and thick. Much easier than laminating multiple cards at once in a large pouch and then cutting. All of my flashcards are uniform and neat. Plus these have the corners rounded already. This will be my go-to brand for laminating pouches from now on!
