Pull the plunger back beyond the glue filling port, using a white or yellow water-based glue press nozzle against glue port and fill injector barrel. Wet barrel before use. Injector may be immersed in water to prevent glue from hardening

- •✅ Drill a 1/32" hole that opens into a cavity where the joint needs reglueing (1/16" nozzle for higher volume dispensing is available from your retailer).
- •✅ Place the brass tip into the drilled hole, inject until excess glue begins to appear around joints.
