Worth every penny. My only complaint is that there effort to be ecologically correct makes the jugs weak. Caused a nightmare while packing for a move. None of the other mainstream plastic bottles cracked/collapsed. It was a double shame because it was wasted product and it created a light patch on my carpet, which was taken against my deposit.

nice smell. it will leave a white ring on the washing machine barrel and this will get on your clothes. the white soap that transfers on to your clothes washes out but is frustrating. the washing machine barrel has to be cleaned each time.

I do find Zum to be a little on the high end of price but I really like the product. It cleans well, my clothes smell great without an overwhelming perfume smell. It also makes the house smell nice while washing clothes. I'm a repeat customer

I usually would get the fragrance free low-chem stuff from the grocery store but a friend had me try this and I was hooked - essential oils are my exception to products with strong smells. The fragrance is so nice and fills the room on laundry day :) a friend commented that she could kinda smell that frankincense soap I use when a breeze came through, and the shirt I was wearing had hung in the closet for 2 weeks before worn- the fragrance lasted that long!
