These many loaf pans are great. They have no crevices in the corners so none of the bake product can stay in there. They wash well and should be dried after washed.

Zucchini bread is the favorite in my household. But a large loaf spoils before we get it eaten. The small size of each loaf with this USA pan is perfect. I bought two strapped mini pans so I can bake eight mini loaves at once which saves energy and time. I use the convection bake feature with my oven which takes just a little longer than regular bake. I have experimented and can use the regular bake cycle as well but must turn the pans front to back about half way thru the baking time. Either way, these pans cook evenly and allow release of the mini loaves after 10 minutes of cool down after baking. Since the mini pans are strapped together, there is no worry about tipping the pan and spilling batter taking the pans in or out of the oven. These minis are very well constructed. And the perfect size for sharing your cooking skills with friends and family ! I love them. Only problem is..... Getting them back from friends and family !! Haha 😂

Many people were complaining that the pans made the bread or whatever they were baking stick and when you get the instructions, it definitely says on the instructions for the pans to grease and flour. I however, like to use tiny bit of spray and baking paper. As a result, I get these beautiful loves that lift completely out. I can then take the set of mini bread's, lift them out with the baking paper put them on my rack bring the banded pans over to the sink let it cool down and I'm ready to go with the next batch of zucchini bread, so I did back to back baking and each one of them come out beautiful perfect square little loaves of bread.

They're getting used and the bread comes out without added greasing. Superb!
