The measurements included in the description are from the bottom of the legs to the top of the arched back and sides meaning this is Not large enough for the ice melt bucket to fit in it and close the lid.

Simple, lightweight, and easy to snap together. I put it on my small apartment balcony to hold miscellaneous "outdoor" things (watering can, soil, pots). Holds lots of things and keeps them dry. It's not airtight or anything but the way it's designed keeps the rain out. The only criticism would be that it collects a tiny bit of water on the top the way the lid is angled, but not a big deal at all.
