I used this for a wedding and it was beautiful. It was a night wedding and the lighting at the reception made the sparkle dance. It's not glitter. It's sparkly when it catches the light and not too overpowering that you can't wear every day. The more you use the more you sparkle. It's personal preference and all you have to do is start with a little bit and add more for more effect. It's fun to wear it.

It's very sparkly but it smells weird and it's the same consistency as hand lotion pretty much. I didn't figure out if it dried because I had to go somewhere so I had to wipe it off
