The best and only surface probe for flat tops and flat surfaces. Dont go cheap on this! Buy this one! takes curate readings in just 5 seconds when the lazer temp gun wont. Just make sure you keep it in a hard protective box or containe and keep it clean.

Excellent item
A required tool for commercial kitchen equipment service techs!!!

This is one tool every commercial kitchen tech should have, it's the only way to calibrate flat top griddle. It's K type sensor works with almost all meters, and is well worth the money.
