I bought this door cover after looking at my friends camper. I was skeptical from all the reading, pictures and Velcro attachment. I went camping and my friends camper had one on the door. I took a look at it and realized how practical it was. My bed faces the front door on my camper. Every morning at sunrise I wake up due to the bright glare from the front door window. I can now sleep in...no more glare.

I had no idea how much heat was radiating into our rv here in Arizona through one picture window until I installed this reflective material. For me it was a perfect fit and no cuts were made. The Velcro is of surprising high quality and I used about half of what was supplied and I can't tell you how unusual that is.

Perfect for the job. A second one also fits perfectly over the shower skylight to keep the early morning sun or campground lights out of our bedroom located shower stall. The included small velcro tabs won't work well on a horizontal surface, so Amazon to the rescue with a great deal on 100' rolls of real Velcro tape.

Serves its purpose. Keeps hot/cold weather out of my RV as advertised. Our fam enjoys sleeping in. Covering the windows on each of my two doors helps block the AM sun. U have to be careful with preventing the silver foil-like surface from contacting the adhesive side of the Velcro. It will strip the foil surface. Recommend and will buy again.
Skipped the velcro

For our 5th wheel door window perfectly. I skipped the velcro application and just removed a few screws from the window frame and screwed it on through the window cover. I never intend to remove it.
