Great look; but the handle broke off

I love the sharp look of this case. Folks often ask if I have the nuclear codes in it. It also is light weight, which is really appealing.
My gripe is that the handle is made of plastic made to look like polished aluminum, and it broke. Specifically, the plastic pegs that hold the handle to the handle mounts of the case both snapped. For no reason other than they were lightweight plastic pegs. This is a design flaw. Had the manufacturer merely used two metal pegs this would not have happened. Instead, I was stuck with a $30 luggage repair bill a year and a half after buying this case, which I use only a couple of days per week.

I've bought this briefcase twice now. The first one was great, but one of the locks wore out when my husband repeatedly overstuffed it with Magic the Gathering cards and supplies for tournaments (yes, he's a nerd). The second one was almost as good. Although, I was disappointed that the lining along the back wasn't glued down at all. Nothing that superglue couldn't fix. Also, the combination locks are customizable, but I had to google how to set them up because it doesn't come with instructions.
will probably be returning this for a refund and would NOT recommend it.

I bought one of these about two years ago and it fell apart. It was rarely carried anywhere--basically used to store papers in my apartment. I thought maybe it fell apart so quickly because I tried to store too much stuff in the upper pockets and decided it would replace it and try to make it last by not over-filing lt. New one case today and after setting the combination (which was difficult because the the numbers seemed loose) I locked the case and then could not open the lock on one side. Don't think it was because I forgot the combination, because I always use the same combination and used the same combo for both locks. Possibly the loose tumblers were the culprit. Anyway, will probably be returning this for a refund and would NOT recommend it.

I have had this now for almost a year and it is still doing the job it was intended for. It holds my laptop,cords and other things I need while traveling or visiting with a customer. I have had no problems with the locks or any kind of breakage or bending. I love it, could not be without it now. You can't pack it like you would a heavier briefcase, but this is just perfect for those office or study items. I have had my laptop,cords,3 notebooks,pens,markers,calculator and cds in it on a trip and it held them all. My wife uses hers as a cd caddy and dvd case. It holds her tablet,dvd player and up to 8 dvds without any problems. The only downside we have is the handle which isn't that strong, so we will sometimes carry it under our arm or put a strap around it.
This is a must have for many!!

This case is roomy and neatly put together. I bought this for my sons important papers. Momma said, "Put important papers in a metal case in case of a fire!!" I must passed down her tradition. RoadPro may be our legacy LOL
