Very Yummy Gfree Breadcrumbs!!!
M.C.•December 26, 2017
First time I tried this Gfree brand of Katz breadcrumbs. Reviews were correct. These are great tasting & I will definitely buy this brand again.
A little expensive, but I didn't use too many to get the effect on top of my chicken, cheese & broccoli casserole. Yumm!

Great substitute for regular bread crumbs.

Made meatballs with them. They were delicious. Would never have known that they were gluten free.
Better than I expected

The texture of these crumbs are very nice, however, you need to be aware that they have salt as an ingredient. I used them tonight and the breading was too salty on the meat because I added salt to the crumbs with the other seasonings. Other than that, I was happy with the product.
My favorite gluten free bread crumbs.

My favorite gluten free bread crumbs. I roll meats in raw egg mixture then roll them in this breading. I then put them in the oven at about 425 and bake uncovered for about 45 minutes. The gluten free bread crumbs brown up nice and the meat tastes as good as deep fried with a lot less fat to grease your arteries. I have baked skinless chicken breasts and minute steak this way. I usually freeze the minute steak after baking them and then when I want a quick meal, I pop a frozen one in the microwave for about 2 minutes on high. For me, they taste as good as fresh cooked.
Although it is a bit pricy we were happy that he didn't break out in hives

We used it on Easter. One of our nephews is allergic to soy and it is hard to find regular store crumbs that don't have soy. Although it is a bit pricy we were happy that he didn't break out in hives.
