LEAKS

WARNING.
This is the 3rd one that we owned (1 my roommate from years ago; and 2 from me both bought on same link). They change the design from metal finish to just a plastic finish with a metal brush coat. I can compare the two products that have same productID numbers.

In addition to this change, it seems that the area where the butane get filled into leaks! Both of the newer ones (with the plastic finish) have leaked after about month a use. I could get it to stop temporarily by turning the intake and also releasing some pressure but it will still have a slight leak.

Use this product at your own risk until they fix this flaw/leaking problem. However, I have no other choice but to use it until a replacement is purchased/sent.
Cool little browning torch...

I used this to sear steak and salmon filets after using a sous vide water oven. It worked like a charm! It also did a pretty good job melting and browning the cheese topping on french onion soup. Now if I could get my hands on some crack...lol.
It has worked wonderfully for dabbing

Hey, I've been using this torch for a few months now. It has worked wonderfully for dabbing.
PSA: If any of you guys are having troubles with it igniting on the first try, look at the nozzle of the troch. There is a small indent of where a small wire is. If it is bent or pushed down, it needs to be standing back up so that it is in the path of the gas.

I believe this is what ignites the gas, i aint no torch scientist but yeah. That has worked for me and is now functioning wonderfully.
Great for "DABS"

This a great economical torch that is reliable & hot! It has a solid smooth and sleek look but very professional, sturdy to the touch! It has a very clean burn to it and has a large enuf tank to hold enuf fuel for even the largest dab sesh. Two thumbs up!
After so long these torches are funny in that you have to know just the right ...

I've used this torch for the last five years. After so long these torches are funny in that you have to know just the right way to press them, and I assume it's different for each torch. But sometimes you have to press the button in a certain direction to get it to flow or spark. I'm not sure exactly when my ignitor failed, but it's been dead for quite some time. It could possibly be replaced but I've just gotten used to sparking it with a lighter.
