I tried three other tools to get the heater hoses disconnected out of my 2004 Ford excursion 6.0 diesel, and this is the only one that worked. Took me two days of trying to get those things apart before I got this tool.

This worked great removing the hosed from my 1997 F150. Both mine were 5/8", but having the 3/4" end as well will likely be handy down the road. This was plenty strong and long enough for me. If you know what you are doing and take your time with this, you will have success. Highly recommend this tool.
