I bought this when my other one broke from 6 inches of snow. This thing is strong. You can tell it is well made not some cheap crap you get at Wal Mart. The one I have gotten from the auto parts store I thought was good until I got this one. And the where the same price. Don't take a chance and damage you car use this and the rubber pad will get the job done. You can get pulled over and fined if you don't clean the top of you car off. We have a SUV and it will reach the top easy. The top is fixed, that is good because every one that I had that let the top move always broke. I really think this will last for years.

I have used this for 2 winters now in New England, and an so happy I purchased it! I am very short, so clearing the snow off the top of my car is usually very difficult. However, this snow brush makes it a breeze. Beyond that, I'm not worried that I am going to scratch my paint because while the foam part is great for clearing snow, it is also very gentle. The reverse end is great to remove ice from windows on really icy days. Overall, the product was very easy to set up and take apart at the end of winter. I highly recommend purchasing this as it does a great job and still has a lot of life left 2 years later!

I live in a state where the law states you MUST clear allsnow and ice off the roof of your vehicle. This brush is going to be a life saver for sure as I drive a Jeep Wrangler JK and it can be hard to get all of the snow with a regular brush.

Perfect tool to remove snow from car

I love that this snow broom does not have a hinge where the blade part meets the pole. I have had others with a hinge there (why? No idea) and the hinge ends up breaking, rendering the tool useless. This was easy to assemble, and is nice and sturdy. The foam broom or blade part works well and doesn't scratch paint. Although it won't work well to scrape ice (get an ice scraper for that) it removes snow fast and easily. It's light weight and easy to dis-assemble for storage. My only complaint? The telescoping handle could be a foot or two longer so I could push all snow off the SUV's roof from one side.
