Ordered a yellow one of these to hold dog food and was sent a blue container instead. I needed two different colors to keep from confusing 2 different kinds of dog food. These are verystrong containers ovwerall and especially good containers for animal food; dogs cannot get the lids off or easily tip them over... but rather dissappointed that they couldnt get the order right and send the specific color that was advertised and selected...
Great Multi-purpose Lab Pack Drum

I have wanted to makea large shop vac for several years and this drum fits the bill perfectly. I plan to buy more for other uses. The drum, lid, and lock ring are all very sturdy. These will make very durable garbage cans that cost less than garbage cans for sale in hardware stores, and, if you lock the lid, should easily keep small animals out of my trash. Another use is to store my pet food. I don't think it's a food grade drum so, you might want to find one listed as food grade if that's what you plan to use it for. Pet food in its original bag, stored in one of these drums should do very well.
