Great Toy!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. He loves it and has played with it for a long time. It has held up rather well just like the other Bruder toys we have gotten for him in the past. His younger brother is now starting to play with them and they are still in good shape.
Disappointed in Quality for the Price

Our grandson was thrilled with the flatbed truck. We were disappointed in the condition as others have mentioned. The packaging was seriously damaged and the part that attaches the cab to the flatbed is only plastic. The plastic part that attaches was damaged so we are afraid it won't last long. The truck is very expensive so we expected better quality. Due to the packaging being so damaged we were not sure when it happened. Our grandson was so excited with the truck that we couldn't take it away.

My son LOVES this truck, but when it arrived three tiny red plastic pieces fell out. It was hard to tell where they belonged, but when my son opened it at Christmas we realized it was from where the flatbed snaps in to the truck. It still work fine but I'm bugged that I paid so much money for a damaged product. The return/exchange policy requires us to ship back the product before we receive the new one (even though I'd be willing to pay for the new one while we wait for the return to be processed), but my son doesn't want to have a day without his truck. I'd give it 5 stars if it didn't arrive damaged.

Absolutely a hit once again! My son and grandson will have hours, days and years of fun with this toy!!!! The construction of this product is phenonimal. My son shared that the boom truck I bought last year still looks new albeit, it has had a lot of fun abuse in the sand box and in the house! This is my second purchase and a new truck has already been selected for next Christmas! Looks like we will be adding characters too.

My 3 year old son has played with this nonstop since he received it as a birthday gift. It is big and tough. Once he opened this gift, he ignored all his other presents, which the other kids at the party kindly helped open for him. He loves the door opening and hood lifting up features, but has managed to remove both doors. The trailer has plastic slide bars which fall off easily. This is mostly made of heavy duty plastic, but is very durable and I'm looking at another Bruder Granite for Christmas gift.
