I think this the best of all denture adhesives. It adheres well and cushions well for uneven gums. It is cost effective because you get many in the box and because it can be cut to size. This allows one strip to be divided to have several usages. (Not using the same strip but cut into several application.) It does not have a messy ooze like others. Easy to remove in one swoop.

The strips are not shaped right , they need to be rounded on the ends not pointed ! OH wait a minit!!! I just tried these in the top denture too, They fit better there and hold great ! Doesn't last though !

Having used the SECURE Adhesive in the past as well as the Sea Bond strips I thought "Great Idea" and gave these a go.
Now let me state upfront that the STAR Rating that I give was given after only wearing these a hour plus.
Placing these in the dentures is a pretty easy task. Don't attempt to cut to fit first even though it would appear to be the easiest way to do so. The liner conforms and lays in place very well, after which you use the smallest scissors that you have to trim the excess SECURE liner away. Do your best to trim as close as possible with out allowing the liner to overlap the top of your dentures.
Then simply place and fit your lower denture in place either biting down upon them or pressing and holding in place for a few minutes. No ill taste, I did however feel a bit of a tingle or light burn. This may not have been from the adhesive but more of the liners design.
The liner is not as thin as using Sea Bond liners and also seemed to somewhat swell thicker once installed and in place. For me this increase in the thickness of the liner was just enough to create discomfort by the lower rear teeth rubbing on the lower side of my tongue. Bottom line, the dentures had to come out and the Secure Liner removed.
Once removed the liner looked line a piece of gauze that may have been well coated with Secure adhesive. It was both difficult to remove the adhesive remnant from the gum and denture. The liner itself had to be grasped with a paper towel to have enough grip to pull it free.
