far superior to bouillon!

I love to cook, and often share recipes, then I am asked why their rendition did not taste as delicious as mine? There is a tremendous difference in flavor, between the explosion of rich, beef flavor this gluten free broth makes when added to plain beef broth, or someone using a plain can or carton of beef broth, additionally, I use it as a seasoning as well. If a meal needs that little unknown "umph" to take it from good, to mouth watering, I will squeeze a few little drops in. When I am cooking and am about to add this concentrate directly or used mixed in as a broth, I have anyone near try a before and after spoonful of whatever I am making, which always results in an, "ohhhhhh, that's what makes it taste so good."

This is a great inhancer for beef dish. Best to use a BEEF Broth -- NOT Water.
Helps to get the real beef flavor, when you simmer. WILL BUY MORE.

This broth is good, just not great. However, it is very convenient to store so extremely handy to have in a pinch! I keep several of these concentrates on hand for "emergencies," the best are the vegetable and chicken, the turkey has a chalky overtone.

yup, they've figured it out. we love their product and now they want more money for it. of course. i sauteed some onions and mushrooms in olive oil and used a couple packets but added no water since the shrooms and onions have plenty. mmmmmm good. i did not taste the tinny effect others have mentioned. i then poured that mixture over some brown and wild rice. oh wow. i sure can cook good. i am imagining the dishes i will make using this product. have also used the vegetable and like. the chicken packets are on the way.
