The motor itself has been fine for me and my daily smoothies

Purchased this item in July of 2015. It's now two years later and I have some feedback. The part at the bottom of the blade is made of rubber and WILL wear down to the point where it won't be useable. The motor itself has been fine for me and my daily smoothies. I'm now using the 2nd blade (that is flat, instead of the blades that stick up), but this too will soon wear down and I will no longer be able to use it unless i can buy new blades/housings.
But for the better part of two years, it worked. But it will wear down on you...for the price of 18 dollars, you really can't expect it to last much longer than that, i suppose.

Blades wear out quick and are almost impossible to replace

The Bella Rocket has a problem with the blades freezing up. The item works nicely for a while, but the blades tend to wear out very quickly. That isn't so much a problem as trying to get replacement parts. I am willing to pay for replacement blades, except you can't find them, so you have to call the Sensio company. Two years in a row I have called them and was told to call back next month because they are in transit. Each time it took 3 months of phone calls to get replacement blades, so I am stuck without a blender all the while. If the blades were readily available I would have given Bella Rocket Extract Pro a five star rating.

We love this small rocket blender. We used to have this really big brand large expensive blender that we used on the daily. I drink a fruit smoothie everyday and my husband drinks his protein shakes every night after the gym. It was getting really tedious to always have to clean this huge blender. So I finally bought this smaller one with no regret. It is so powerful and easy to clean up. Also it comes with more than one cup so that my husband and I dont always have to wash that ONE cup between the two of us if the other cup is in use. My husband loves this rocket blender and how small and powerful this machine is that he bought a second one for his office. This is totally worth the price. I love the Bella brand.

Coming from a magic bullet, the Bella has been a nice upgrade. This has been our smoothie workhorse. Juice, milk, frozen fruits and in about 45 seconds its all nicely blended. The magic bullet didn't always get the frozen fruits completely blended. The Bella also works well with ice to make a margarita.
Easy to clean, a good amount of different parts, and it just works. Don't let the motor go too long or you will smell it working too hard. Pulse a few times to start, and lock for about 10 seconds at a time. Great for when I don't want to get out the big blender.

I previously owned the Bella "personal" blender, which I used to make smoothies until it the nylon/plastic gears wore out with (literally) a puff of smoke. While I was a little down on Bella products after that, I decided to buy this one in hopes I could at least re-use the cups from my old, broken blender.
I was pretty shocked when I received this blender. Everything is solid. The cups are way bigger, and the box includes FIVE of them. Three big ones, two smaller ones. The smaller ones hold about as much as the large cups of my dead blender. I'm really impressed.
I made a mango smoothie with frozen mango and ice. My old blender would rattle around as the ice got chopped up, and no matter how long I blended, there would still be little chunks of mango and rounded ice cube pieces. I put up with that for months, just assuming that's how these personal blenders work. However, this blender pretty much annihilated the ice in a second or two, and I didn't even hear it rattling around.
I'm pretty happy with this one. Ice and frozen fruit actually does get blended as it should. I wish I would have bought it the first time.
