Great machine, Terrible Instructions!

Great sturdy product for the price! Unless you are mechanically inclined or are sleuth like, directions on how to put it together are not very helpful! Tells you to put pieces together that are already assembled, shows pieces that no longer look like that (heel cups), just very bad paperwork! The good thing is works great on the back. Take it easy first few days.

This is a very good product and it is well made. I did have a small problem fitting a bolt thru a hole, had to drill it out the hole to make it a little a larger to get it to slide in. I have used this product daily for the last month and I am very glad that I bought it. My lower back has improved, my joints feel less tight and I do enjoy being upside down and often do it 2 or 3 x's daily. I would recommend this product and and the use of it for joint and back problems
Great tension relief for back and neck

I really like this piece of equipment. I definitely get back and neck strain relief when using it. The only reason it gets a 4 instead of a 5 is because the foot holders for the heels are hard instead of padded. Putting a soft cloth or a thick pair of socks over that area mostly resolves that issue. Wearing shoes or thick socks also works to alleviate the foot strain. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

I've been using this product for six months and my back pain is gone.
Was pretty easy to put together about 45 minutes.
I use it for about 5 minutes a day and I'm very happy with it.
