The flavor of this cereal is okay, it has a bit too much flax flavor. The crunch is great and stays that way when used with milk. Overall because of the quality ingredients and benefits over other brands, plus the decent price I think I may buy this one again. I'm going to try other flavors from this brand as well to see if I like other flavors more.

There was a PROBLEM with the way in which it was packed however, it was put in an Amazon box with something very heavy, a case of soymilk I think and therefore the cereal was COMPLETELY SMASHED into little bits!
Ick, I prefer the large flakes that stay crispy when eaten with soymilk!
