Just want to let yo know I was totally satisfied with this frame. It looks like new and works great. I needed something that would come on atomatically for my 80 yr old aunt and show the pictures for a short amount of time each day and then shut off. I have one like it but I payed much more for it brand new. Some come on automatically but you still have to program and some will not down load pics at all or they will only let you down load a few. This one held all of the pics that I wanted to put in and still has room for more.

I purchased this for my wife and she loves it. It is so easy to use. When we first turned it on all my wife had to do was insert a memory stick and it set up the slide show.
The one issue I did come across was trying to sync it to the computer. I could not get it to copy over from my laptop it kept giving me error messages. Most likely just a user error but a little frustrating. I was able to sync with another computer though.
Overall with this being one of the cheaper digital frames amazon had I was quite impressed with how it performs.

I purchased this as a gift for family and was pleased to see that looked very good. The only thing I don't much like about any of the digital picture frames is that they tend to be a bit difficult to set up. Basically, they all work like digital clock radios (like you use for setting the time) which is to say, not really that easy.

We bought two of these for Christmas gifts after returning two cheaper frames I bought on Black Friday. I loaded these with picturs of our family to give our parents. It was easy to download the pictures to the internal memory via the Smartparts Software. It took me a minute to figure out that the software is loaded on the frame. Just hook up via USB and drag the program from the frame to your computer and install. This frame looks very nice with the wooden frame and matting. It doesn't have a remote but that wasn't a big deal for us. I like being able to put it on a timer where you can set it to go on and off at certain times. This frame was very easy to use and overall great quality.
