Bought this to add to meals while trekking across Iceland. Great calorie to weight ratio. Easy to mix into oatmeal and cold water for a quick breakfast, combined it with dry pasta and cheese sauce for a delicious dinner, or my favorite - add to hot chocolate to make it extra creamy.
