I've had a lot of almonds in my time but these are the best freshest I've ever had. I will certainly be re ordering. Great!
Great customer service and products.

Very Happy!! They taste amazing - arrived on time and have had pleasant contact with the actual owner of the business checking on me to make sure I am completely satisfied. Great customer service, product and price point. Thank you.
Price was good

I feed the squirrels and they seemed okay with it! I noticed the almonds were a little smaller than what I get locally but the price was good and actually the smaller the nut the more you get in 4lbs! The squirrels didn't complain about the size, ha!!
like pesticide or some chemical

I'm learning to open things as soon as I get them. I had some nuts almonds already and bought these to use when the others were gone. I put them in the freezer which I always do. Big mistake. They appeared somewhat old and shriveled when I opened the package but when I tasted them they tasted really bitter . . .like pesticide or some chemical. Too late to return but terrible and I"ll have to throw them away
quality not certain- updated version is "don't gamble on this"

So far so...unpredictable?
Not sure what to think. They seem ok for awhile and then BAM! you get hit with a nasty tasting one. I am giving them a last shot tonight by having soaked them today and putting them in dehydrator overnight---the purpose & hope being maybe for the first time I have known about soaking toxic materials off of almonds (& that has been 7+ years), I am actually tasting them? Because sometimes I don't want to do the soak/dehydrate cycle, & I have eaten my fair share of unsoaked/undehydrated almonds without incident. We shall see...
also to be noted- the nasty ones have sometimes left my tongue numb???
update as 1-6-15:
after soaking and deyhdrating, it does seem that I have not run into as many nasty almonds as I was before, but I have also noticed that I am wary and end up not choosing almonds as my snack for fear of getting a nasty one! Also, I just read one of the reviews talking about how they spoke with the company on how they do some kind of raw pasteurization which is actually toxic. I did not memorize the info, but my take-a-way was "wow. Maybe that's why some taste awful and make my tongue numb."
So basically, I will NOT be purchasing these again and very much considering getting a refund.
