Removes copper better than hopes . A must have for when you need it.
Low odor and even more effective!

I purchased this to clean a long-neglected rifle. It does not have the odor and smell of other copper solvents, but seems to work as well or better than the Butches Bore Shine- type solvents.

The big benefit I see is the better and faster cleaning of stubborn carbon deposits (like on a gas block).

This has a slightly soapy feel, but very little odor. I am re-ordering.

I have a Krag I've worked on. No there is no corrosion, and Hoppes, electrostatic cleaning, and triflow have not brightened the barrel. Believe me when I say I've used four cut up socks to swab this out and two brass brushes and still get gray looking swabs coming out.
But the swabs come out blue each time I use this. And yes I know the brass brushes will turn them blue so I'm only using swabs and only occasionally brass brushing the barrel.
The barrel is starting to look like white metal and I figure another sock or two and it should be clean enough to let the products that clean to the pores actually reach to the pores.
