Piece of junk - returned this item. They changed the Custom Plus to this and it is NOT a substitute by any means,. Gillette should be ashamed to put this on the market. Doesn't cut the beard, rips the skin - check all the bad reviews.

I saw a tip from someone suggesting that a two bladed razor provided a better shave that the three bladed razors I have been using for some time. So I tried it out, and to my surprise it does give a better result. Definitely sold on this razor!

Love these razors and have bought them for years and thought I could save a buck or two by buying through Amazon. The size of the razor is great for shaving under my nose - three blade razors are too big to shave this area. Usually a razor lasts for 7 shaves before they start cutting & nicking my face so I change out razors every week. These razors are cutting & nicking my face after a couple shaves so after I finish the 3 packs that I bought, I'll be looking for a razor club or buy them at the grocery store since I haven't had this issue buying them there.

Saved a few dollars by buying in bulk through Amazon vs getting them at the supermarket. As far as the razor itself, well, it's what I'm used to. I shave my face and head once a week, and I never cut myself. Always use a new razor every session. Also, give your skin time to heal before you try to shave again (hence, the reason why I wait a week).

Been shaving with expensive Gillette Sensor Excel and Mach 3 razors for a couple of decades. But if you're tired of paying for expensive Sensors and Mach 3, let alone 5 blade brothers, these disposables are the best compromise. They are high quality, last me each for about 4-5 days, and are very economical. No question Sensors and Mach 3 last a little longer and are higher quality, but from a value (quality over cost) perspective, these are the best alternative.
