Made a HUGE difference in our pull-out sofa mattress! Worked fine for queen size mattress. We slept better and didn't have sore backs.

I use it for a sofa-bed. Keeps the springs and bars from poking thru the thin mattress. Folded up, it fits under the cushions and out of the way. Takes a bit of practice to wrestle it into place single-handed.
